Cheap necro STR gear with secondary stats?

75 str just isn't cutting it. I'm pretty much naked at 33 with a bag of sewn evil eye, large soiled bag, a sewing kit (for giant items), and 4x 35% groi bags (mostly for .4 weight).


This fine steel is quickly filling up for better or worse and I'm not looking forward to 12+ levels of spec hunting with the scythe weight. So, would it make sense to buy a cheapish set of low weight STR gear with another primary stat? (int, mana, hp). Or just save up for CoS / Jboots?

Any suggestions?
