UPDATE: Fixed it!

Using EQPLlay nice, it was overriding. It has a setting to limit FPS in the Fore/Background in window mode. Bumped it up to 100, and got my frames corrected.

Thanks to all who tried to help, appreciate it.

Go to GeForce experience and turn off shadow play and turn it back on

Edit: nm looks like you fixed it, didn't read the last post. I have a similar issue with shadow play for some reason

6700k skylake
1080 GTX
Windows 10

I want to know the story of what happened to you that drove you to the point where you have to make this point to a complete stranger. Wow. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
