It really looks like the login servers are doing weird things. I can get to the server list, but then it times out trying to get into the server =/

Huh. It was actually an issue with WinEQ2.

WinEQ2 seemed to be trying to contact some Euro server, launching with Launch Titanium.bat and everything worked.
