Yes this is the same person. Also, early Cothed a while back. Three known offenses by this user in a 6 month period.

They should do this once in a while and see who they catch !
If the Admins really suspected someone they could target them and detect if their network card or router is in promiscuous mode.. might have some explaining to do.

It'd be easier for them to just use their hacked DLL to scan an offender's EQ UI folders to fingerprint clients.

Back in 2011-ish I think, this exact thing happened. An enchanter named Kootra(Koota?) was tracking for Dark Ascension and a GM spawned a false Dracoliche due to suspected cheating. Sure enough his ShowEQ fired off and he called in the batphone. That was an awkward log in I can tell you lol.
