They do not, but I think that was implemented in Kunark? I know it's on the beta server right now (global ooc).

Server wide channels kills local banter. Nothing like a good "/ooc" discussion [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I think Rogean said that serverwide chat channels will not be activated. That would essentially kill the tunnel.

I think p99 had global ooc then got rid of it. At least that's what I heard.
