Just installed the game - stuck need help

I had same issue.
I had been trying to launch game from desktop icon by right-clicking and running as Administrator.
When I simply double left-clicked the desktop icon, the game started as it should.

Search for file Launch Titanium.bat in your p99 folder (default is Sony\EverQuest\)

Right click it and click create shortcut, then cut/paste the shortcut to your desktop and see if that works.

Seems like this thread is completely useless since op says he figured everything out himself on the first page and then doesn't offer his solutions.

I'm pretty sure alt + enter will maximize it. It's Also a useful hotkey if you ever zone, or alt tab from another game, and find your eq screen dark. Alt +enter!

Try: 1. Switch to full screen. 2. Video modes (whatever the button is called to change resolutions). 3. Click ok (don't need to actually change resolution) 4. Click yes to keep settings

I have to do this each time. Tedious but works
