Rogue creation guide?

Specially in the lower ends. 10-30. Taunt is still almost worthless at this point as a warrior. However its not usually rogues pulling Agro its magicians.

Taunt is almost worthless as a warrior between 10 and whenever they buffed it in Kunark.

Well I'm in the mood to make a rogue alt, but I've never played a melee on live or p1999 before so I don't know much about the mechanics of melee.

The likelihood of me ever raiding anything is quite low, but I do really enjoy min/maxing my characters as best as I can, given that limitation.

Which stats are how important for a rogue? I can't find anything out on google or the wiki or anything other than "str = dmg, agi = defense, dex = procs, stam = hp"... and that's not quite as much detail as I'd like.
