Chrictmas Holliday exp bonus?

I posted about this in Starting Zone or something.

However, I think Rogean should implement serverwide XP Penalties during family holiday time. This will discourage the mean playerbase from neckbearding their way through these precious seasons.

I always say don't ask about the xp bonus and please, do not beg about getting an xp bonus.

I mean before it used to be as just that, a "bonus" that Rogean would apply as a thank you for playing P99. Now, it feels like it's expected that every holiday, people sit around just waiting and begging for the "bonus" because they want to get to level 60 as fast as possible.
