Cutter actually gave us the full video that the gif was made from. Sirken and I both looked, when the Kerwin toon was at like 18% health he's suddenly warping all over the place (meanwhile another player Cutter was with, in frame, was not warping ruling out Cutter's connection).

That account had 1 other PnP violation on it, so 2nd offense is 14 day suspend.

Seriously, Ragnaros is the worst person to give you accounts to. Wanna know why he's currently suspended? Cause he was logging in someone else's char training and spamming petitions trying to get that account banned. He has been hit so many times for PnP violations the suspend durations are 400+ days now.
