There was only 1 person I know of who managed to enter The Hole just to see if he could. There were three items that dropped for that person while in there. The smoldering brand, loam encrusted pants and one other thing (which I forget) that was supposedly destroyed. This person made it very common knowledge too in the forums as well as in OOC as a way to let the GMs know and to make a point. (But let's please not get into that here.)

not sure if this is true. I am with almost 100% certainty that on Povar at least there was no vendor in the cleric guild until after Halloween.
