Would be interesting to see who is the most ignored person on p99. I am going to guess its either swish or Alarti. Swish spams a lot and alarti's posts/"arguments" are unreadable. Maeorilith (however you spell that) and pokesan are also plausible candidates.

Do the staff even have the means to determine who is most banned?

I actually had fun chatting in game when you were leveling your cleric and we first ran into each other in COM when Tecmos was still only 45 or whatever. They're not fromer 4chan posters, they're the new breed. The enthusiasm, deliberate mode is the tell tale sign. They lack tact which is why Hillary should nuke Russia.
