Zlandicar's Talisman does not typically get worn.

It's one of the talismans used for a Sleeper's Tomb key.

You're also talking about a heavily contested raid target killed by guilds who are distributing keys, and will be doing so for a very long time, to members.

Not to say it's unfathomable that you'll get one of these for sale, but it's highly unlikely.
