yawl know about that cinammon magic? i think it's why (((in part))) i love the apfel fritter, cinnaroll so much. does some mega wacky cool goodness to the sugar content in your bloodstream.

also makes it taste less sweet.

O Hell yeah my ERU. U str8 Dunkin' Donuts on my Hart wit dis Post.

First off a heavy sugar in the Day is the Way to CRASH mkay? gotta eat that nice big, balanced breakfast to power u UP n get u ruff 2 ride. I had this DONUT as a snack before shopping so I wouldn't make insane impulse bise based on low blood suga, nawmean suga?

SECONDARILY my (((black in spanish))), what that Bagel do? My favorite is an everything bagel on the norm, with a cinammon raisin mixed in for sweetness. U got a Direct Line on a bagel shoppe or r u fixin it up with Betty Crocker's? Having experienced the Nirvana of a A+ bagel shoppe i ain't neva bine dem bready rings again, my childe.

yawl don't get the wrong impression. I do not eat Donuts on the Daily basis. But due 2 childhood memories they remain one of my favorite sugarbombs. It is unhealthy, and you will get Fat, to eat them every day.

yawl best keep it healthy.

Understandable. Oats get hard to eat every day. So every couple weeks I'll eat something else a few days. Beagles, or pancakes (thick and slow cooked), and work the eggs down, maybe omelets or whatever. Before I switched to oatmeal like 15yrs ago, I use to take down a lot of eggs and protein shakes in the morning. Ate donuts more often too, but less than I use to.

I worked in a donut joint when I was a teen, even made donuts there sometimes. That's where I got the taste for cinnamon rolls, we would add coffee to the dough before frying them in the vat, were the best I ever had. Then in my 20's I developed a taste for old fashioned chocolate donuts as my sense of good coffee awareness developed. My regular at that time was old fashioned chocolate, but sometimes chocolate cinnamon roll or croissants.
