2nd flr could be 1 grp'd if you're already way over geared; which im assuming you guys arent. and you'd have to be lucky on some pulls.

kiting 2nd floor? either it was already partially cleared beforehand or it wont work because random HT thru walls and roots/necro dots r death

AE snare from bard is huge huge huge aggro. I'd be more concerned about people pulling the mobs off the bard. Probably would have to mallet them.

A pally can pull off the bard easily with a few stun spells.

You could root them off the peel then lay into it too.
