That's the catch 22 about Phinny...literally everyone is in full raid gear pretty quickly so it makes the "hunt for pixels" a little lack luster since the raid bosses die 100 times per week and everyone has BiS pieces easily and with little/no effort. The real killer for me is that it makes anything but “raiding” seem pretty much completely pointless since nothing sells except for Krono which you can just buy. Its a WoW situation, except EQ live is way worse than WoW in pretty much every way possible.

P99 - Hiding in a tree in the middle of the woods waiting for a wild boar to come down the trail so you jump out of the tree and engage the boar in mortal combat so you can eat that night.

Phinny - Going to a 5 star luxury ranch where they have a boar pin and sell rights to shoot one (after the staff cleans it for you and makes your kids a boar tooth necklace). For an additional charge you don't even have to shoot the boar yourself, they will just give you bottle service in the restaurant and send in waiters to take your order.
