Never trust a naked Transfer bot! Transfersaurus is the true transfer queen/whore. She's dressed the part too.

In all seriousness, I saw a Mrtransferr last night who spoke some pretty great broken english and claimed to have Sirtransfer's "stamp of approval" whatever the hell that is. Never heard of the guy but I have been off and on over the last year.

If that's who I think it is, he's posted before about his p99 days coming to an end - I really wouldn't use him in case he's about to head to the cashier.

Stick to guildies you know, or failing that, someone you know that's been around a long time, is reputable or who has done a transfer for you before.

Look for someone in <Aftermath> or <Awakened> – typically won’t steal your items because of the risk of losing hundreds of hours of “raiding” when the character is banned

I keep Leth parked in the tunnel and will do xfers if I'm on. I've got a few years of not stealing crap behind me, if that helps.

I had no trouble with doing transfers with him. Did literally 10-15 transfers through him with no problem.
