Umm there was a fissure in the Tory party it looked like to me and this other guy, who said he would never want to be or run for PM, announced he'd be running and that he didn't believe Boris had the ability to lead after this point. Boris seemingly agreed and deferred, which is saying a lot compared to fucking loser Labour party who is in total meltdown and whose leader, Jeremy Corbin (sp) refuses to step down when most of his party wants him to.
