Because it's always been considered a raid zone you retard. You don't go into raid zones when you're raid suspended. How is this difficult to understand?

They are being subjected to the harshest penalty in the Velious era because they killed a Nagafen after another guild attempted it and failed...

I fell like they're really being punished because everyone else can't compete and has been lawyerquesting them tooth and nail, effectively holding them to a higher standard

You obviously don't raid on this server. Awakened had 3 good weeks of domination where they got 90%+ of the targets and burnt out. Before that it was 50/50 (+/-) and after those 3 weeks it was 50/50 (+/-).

They have their weeks of just pure devotion and kick ass...Then fizzled faster than fruit stripe gum.

Burn out? Immediately after they finish a ring war a raid ban goes into effect on them and an earthquake happens..... sounds like that guy who posted the thread about fixing the server like pro wrestling was on to something

If you believe all this you are retarded. Guilds have been punished for similar things in the past. The precedent and rules have been there for awhile. If the officers of the guild don't understand the rules in place. Then do not raid until they do. This group of players though has a history of pushing rules and doing different things and claiming that it was fine. They got away with it a few times and they decided to stretch things further.

Most epic NPC's are not strictly considered "raid" mobs. The exception to this is Ragefire, which is considered a 'raid target' for the purposes of qualifying a group as a raid only. For all other intents and purposes, Ragefire is treated like an Epic NPC (IE, camp/poopsock rules do not apply). Please keep in mind that because of the need to clear to a raid target, trains enacted on players in the way of your raid are considered raid violations and action could be taken against your guild as a whole, regardless of whether the victims are part of a raid. It is in your best interest to be very careful when racing for a target, especially when it involves training away mobs.
