No. I never mentioned jail. At this point I don't think he would ever have to answer for it even if he did break the law. My question was me wondering if Obama was aware of their communication being on this private unsecured server. It's a valid question, no?

Being negligently careless and failing to protect classified government information is a crime. It puts people's lives at risk. Espionage. You know what that is, right? The investigators have already found that her email was hacked. It's obviously a serious criminal offense she's allegedly committed. And it's not as if this is the only crime she's suspected of. The bitch has no conscience about any of her shady doings through the decades.

There are very good reasons why they have strict rules about government email accounts, which is why they make everyone sign a document that says they understand the rules when they're given their own email accounts. She signed one, but she is such an above-the-law asshole that she never thinks the rules apply to her.

You never find anyone who thinks the e-mail is a big deal outside of people that hated her anyway. If the Republicans didn't already look like witchhunters after Benghazi-- they might have got somewhere with this.

I'm a two timer Obama voter and I think Hillary broke the law. It's a big deal because non-specials go to jail for what she did.

Not saying she will, because of course she won't she's one of the special elite.

Well apart from him being a "two timer" ...hehe, it's weird but he actually shows some sense sometimes, more than most of the dems/libs that post here. And I'm not strictly saying his opinion, but just the recognition of the underlining facts, at times. Though historically, his opinion could be right on this too in that if she were found guilty of this, she may never go to jail. Or even if she does, she'll likely get a POTUS pardon as 0bama exits... if she doesn't songbird against them in betrayal.

This whole thing about investigation vs inquiry is just wordplay. It doesn't matter what she says or even what they tell her. There is a clear case here for a criminal investigation as to what is being criminally investigated or a security inquiry whatever - falls into the realm of a criminal act if it were the case. An investigation is just that, to investigate, and why do people think here that she is too big to be investigated? And you actually believe everything the gov tells you?

Even Nixon investigated MLK, and very aggressively (records of it recently released, this is now a proven fact and no longer just a conspiracy theory). Suddenly we have people in gov that are untouchables? How dare them be investigated? Even retired feds are saying 'yeah this is an investigation, that's how these things play out'. You know, they have gotten into spying on every little thing we do now, Snowden proved that for us, they did it secretly and in denial to us and called us just conspiracy theorists, but now we still hold these people above the law?? I mean that truly is pure elitism. These politicians are suppose to be our servants, not our kings, not our gods. We are not suppose to fear them, they are suppose to fear us.
