i factioned in the warrens for mine. you need amiable to get the key to the elevator. but less than that to purchase a hole key from the vender.

killing in the warrens also makes you non kos with the erudin guards too, not that makes any difference for an evil race like me but i think it is interesting i can enter erudin as a troll sk lol.

Ingredients:-

1 necro friend with a Paineel key
110pp
cleric buffs if you're lowish level

Better than making a hole key character and hoping someone else has one too so you can let each other in lol.

Took me just over an hour of killing sentinels in Erudin/docks/palace to get to kindly (From scowling), which is higher than needed, all green at 54.

You might be able to vendor in Paineel with the illusion on Amulet of Necropotence.

Anyone that has one that can confirm or deny this?

You're a dwarf and can swim in np.

Barring that get A necro to cast ignite bones near the merchant and use the 18 seconds as a skele to buy the key.

Alliance neck if still too low.

Faction.

No you won't get amiable or above to get an OT hammer with it... but a necro can charm him etc.

Should give the same effect to improve faction slightly, but depending on your deity choice it might not be enough.

A good measuring stick is what the guards /con outside.

At least we have the Warrens now to be able to grind it up easier.
