On eqtc, all of the imbued steelsilk recipes are > 240. Is this a case of them raising the cap later or what?

On Alla, the trivials are still low. The page snapshots from 2001 reflect the lower trivials. I am fairly sure they raised the trivials as part of the cultural tradeskill revamp in a later expansion.

Started work on this.

To begin with, Steelsilk (non-imbued) was missing recipes for the following:
steelsilk boots
steelsilk bracers
steelsilk cloak
steelsilk pauldron
steelsilk vambraces
steelsilk waistband

Added those, pending update.

Next project is to fix the imbued versions.

You the man. I tried to get a set of this on live and could never afford it, bound and determined to get one on p99 and only lack the bracers. Thanks for fixing this!
