Cleric worth it ?

I played a cleric till lvl 65 on live and certainly remember that soloing is not such a bad idea sometimes.

Soloing as a cleric nets you much faster exp at lower levels. Just stick to blue undead things that have low hp. Classic example is a harpy hag camp in Unrest, where you can get from 34 to 40 very quickly. Group exp at low and mid levels is excruciatingly slow and you don't really learn much about group healing till you get CH and Remedy.

Soloing after level 50 is totally not worth it though. Best to find an enc or enc + tank of some sort and duo/trio with charmed pet. A regular group will also do, and clerics are almost always in demand.

Yep, same here. wood elf Ranger was my main, high elf cleric my secondary, both level capped. I had no prob soloing cleric, in ideal conditions of course (i.e undead). Not the best, but not the worst. A good pass time waiting for your regular group to log in. Cap before AA's, even better after.

Mehh, I mained a cleric in live. and, I wouldn't say its Impossible to solo 50-60, but its Horribly inefficient. So inefficient, that nobody in their right mind would do it. Literally, only someone missing a few screws, so to speak, would attempt it.

Cleircs don't solo well at All, even 1-50. They are more of a group oriented class... if you are shying away from group content; I suggest shying away from Cleric.

may I ask Why cleric is appealing to you in the first place, considering you seem to be a 'solo' type? Cleric is probably at the BOTTOM of the list in terms of solo-ability. roleplay maybe?

Back in the earlier years of the server you could pull solos in City of Mist at the arena and nuke them down... these days its fairly camped up at most hours so the undead wizards don't get the opportunity.
