I never had a problem finding groups until I hit 50. Been LFG in KC like 8 hours total with no luck, so I've resorted to soloing, which is okay exp wise but mind numbingly boring IMO.

Try looking in more than one zone, maybe?

SolB, Velks, Chardok, Howling Stones, Sebilis, City of Mist[y Thicket], the Hole, Trak's Teeth, Burning Woods, Skyfire Mountains, Icewell Keep, Kael Drakkel, Wakening Lands, Dragon's Necropolis.

That's just a few that I could think of off the top of my head.
