just happened to me, game crashed while zoning into ak'anon on green server and i restarted the game and got the error message, i logged back out and tried to log onto blue and got the same error, worked perfect before now i can't play at all

Opening Command Prompt then doing ipconfig /flushdns worked for me. Restarted after good luck [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

I seem to be able to log in on my laptop, but my Desktop doesn't let me get past the server screen without giving me the unknown error message box.

Bout to update my GF's laptop later on, I hope she has better luck than I did.


Edit: Managed to get to the character select screen on my desk top, So glad i dont have to play on my laptop :P
