If its up does the shissar wraith get killed ? would love to get that if it does. Beats my current plan of zoning in on a 46 druid hitting track and capping while i scroll through the list quickly

There's no substitute for being part of a guild if you want raid/epic quest things. Just make sure not to join one that is REALLY bloated and takes 50+ people to each raid (not naming names)... there's some good smaller ones out there.
