The party as a whole is completely out of touch with the modern social clime and is trying to drag the rest of the country kicking and screaming back into the 1950's. Their golden days, when a woman's place was the kitchen, segregation still existed, and "them queers" were seen as predatory deviants one and all. All while they loudly and publicly trumpet how much they love Jesus and Christian values. I'm actually very much a moderate, not a dem fanboy, but holy lord will I be tickled if Trump manages to bring the R party crashing down around him in civil war.
Pretty much. It's amazing that the Dems are running two fossils, one that's corrupt as hell - and either of them are highly likely to kick the crap out of the Republican nominee in the fall.

A fiscally conservative, socially moderate Republican Party would be hugely attractive to independents and maybe even moderate Dems. But the R's are still trying to figure out how to corral their very loud minority.

So it has come to my attention Trump is being fucked out of optional delegates in every single state.

Nobody wants to talk about this. But they want to talk about Hillary's superdelegates.

Optional delegates are just as fucking bad. Trump got fucked already, just no journalist wants to put the GOP on blast for it and tally up the optional delegates missed.

I knew something was wrong when I totaled up Trump's states won versus previous election cycles. It didn't add up.

He's not getting fucked out of anything the rules in each states nomination process are different. Some states have what's called "unbound delegates" and can vote for whoever they want to at the convention. Trump is lazy and didn't take the time to learn each states rules. Trump has no one to blame except himself and his staff. MOST of the delegates are BOUND to whoever the voters chose and at the convention they must vote for whoever they are bound to on the 1st ballot. If no candidate reaches 1237 on the 1st ballot they can vote for another candidate depending on how many ballots they are bound for. Lincoln was selected on like the 6th ballot even though he only had 22% of the delegates pre convention William Seward was far out in front but couldn't wrangle enuff delegates at the convention to win. No cheating just following the rules.

With the increase is communication now-a-days,. I think it's becoming more apparent that the presidency in the united states from my understanding is less about the general peoples and more about the select few, Given some discretion to avoid total public chaos.

I can not speak from experience honestly but I just cant imagine that any, if not perhaps all the other countries of the world are under the same stipulations and false pretenses.

Here is to hoping for the best. What ever that is. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaang. .. wtf?!?
Yeah been listening to the shitestorm on talk radio today, just nuts.
Stupid republicrats. Those guys should get out to the polls locations tomorrow anyway, with pitchforks and torches (not speaking of flashlights you EU peeps). Not that the media would cover it, like a couple weeks ago at one of Donalds rallies there was one protester, just one, and all the media were swarming that protester and using shots of the line into the rally as the background with that one protester as if that was part of the protest.

I wonder if Blitz is still dreaming that at a brokered convention Cruz will still be handed the election lol

This all just looks so fixed for Hillary [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Regarding Hillary. She is a criminal. She broke rules that ANY person with a clearance knows NOT to break or else they could face prison.

She intentionally broke them and has no remorse. The current POTUS is a liar and only wants to save himself embarrassment by saying what he said in that article and others.

She does have the majority of support and could possibly win, like Swish said. The sad thing is...

This proves that the majority of Americans really don't know what they heck is going on. America! Come in live in fantasy land! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

idiots....kinda like P99 blue.....it's all relative.

It's not that, it's more about the past number of elections that drove out the voters to take the house and senate for the GOP. That momentum is still there to take the POTUS' seat outside of an incumbents reelection. Potentially either Donald or Ted could win it, but not if that momentum is tainted as it seems like the GOP/RNC is desperately trying to do.

I would even say they are risking a loss of the house and senate at this point, and a lot more possibly.

That's my take on it anyway, not hearing that anywhere, apart from the momentum being there which has been obvious over past years. Well if they are going to screw up, here is to hoping they screw up big and hand it all over to a third party with a vengeance, and while the dems screw up too as they seem to be doing. I guess people need to get mad enough to dump the RNC once and for all if they won't reform.

imo to fix this issue, Colorado should be rejected, subtracted, and the required 1,237 to win - lowered to 1,203.
