Launch Titanium not working

When i try to run EQ I get an error that I cannot attach a debugger and then the game crashes. it seems that others are having this problem and it has not been addressed in the forums.

what steps I have taken:
-uninstalled and reinstalled EQ
-downloaded winEQ
-completely removed all traces of EQ from laptop and preformed another fresh install.

nothing has fixed this error

EQ ran fine 3 days ago, I logged out, and hours later was unable to log back in.
