Its actually an outrageous settlement and fueled only by greed, not anything else, thats my only problem with this bullshit.

The jury found Barrett 51-percent responsible and the hotel to be 49-percent responsible, meaning Barrett is on the hook for approximately $28 million in damages while the hotel is ordered to pay $26 million.

barrett will never pay a dime of the 28 million and the 26 million will come down significantly on appeal. I'm guessing 5-8 million when it's fully settled.
