Congratulations to Anonymous on the Velketor kill! I'll preface this post with saying that I'm just a raiding member of Venerate, but was there for this raid.

In this situation Anonymous and Venerate are racing to Velketor. Anonymous has setup camp in the tunnel situated between the upper kobold camp and Velketor's area. Venerate has setup camp at upper kobolds.

The video's starting point shows Anonymous pulling and fighting the mobs who protect Velketor in his room. This leaves Velketor unengaged and free to pull. Venerate pulls Velketor, but the monk team dies on incoming. Venerate brings Velketor to our raid, and we begin tanking him; however, at this point it is chaos and he almost immediately runs away -- probably due to low health on Anonymous members from social aggro.

We concede the mob to Anonymous; the unexplained time between the monk team dying, and Velketor reaching our raid being why. We do our corpse run, and leave the zone. Venerate is a up and coming raid guild, but many of us are aware of server rules. We believe in those rules, and took this as a learning experience.

Dump mallets into him to avoid low hp social agro? If what you said is true, some anonymous member might have taken a swipe at him, he gets low HP from all that trash, and thats what made him make a B line back to anonymous.

You conceded after wiping their raid, and thats generally the way things should work.

In the future don't set up a camp and pull to kobolds, if someone is pulling the guards and is in the tunnel like anonymous, leapfrog them. Fight inside his layer.Run fraps, if they, in this case anonymous, wipe/die to guard trash and you got the fraps of them killing the trash and then you dying to said trash. You then would have leverage and a concession from anonymous or whatever guild would be dying to the trash.

If guild A wipes and dies to mobs/raid target X, wiping out guild B's raid force also going to raid target X. This forces a concession by guild A in favor of guild B for raid target X. This is in fact quite normal, though quite terrible, for the raid environment on this server.

blue is so much more toxic than red, it's funny how red get's the bad wrap for this kind of stuff, but the truth is, things like this virtually never happen on red. Why? because instead of passive aggressive guild recruitment threads and having no recourse to deal with detrimental players, when you have a problem on red you can fight it out and it's solved. Simply, healthy and problem free.

That looks like you decided to train them. Video starts you are fighting 2 mobs then a garg spawns (that's where they spawn) then velk comes in and starts to cast at the door, anther venerate tags velk and runs back as gfunk gets executed. Then you cry train and blame them for what? Then finish off their ability to kill velk by training them and blame them for it? Lol

Hello, guild leader of anonymous. Sorry bout this, this member never brought this to my attention and decided to post it up on RnF, which is generally frowned upon. We can talk in PM's or tells about what happened if something bad went down, but seems like everything worked out as intended. No need to have been plastered around on the forums like this so i apologize.

Venerate has always been super respectful when I have dealt with them. I am sure whatever happened was due to mistakes/not knowing/player error. It's velks people, no biggie.
