this is why i never joined groups on blue, only hosted

few months after i quit blue completely, cohesion between players is very low, understandeable since there are soo many guilds and players lfg, but its not fun

in a good group xp is faster then solo

I pretty much solod from level 1 -54 as an enchanter. Fastest way to level a chanter IMO.

Everytime I grouped, xp seemed waaaay slower than soloing, and that's not even counting the times people went afk, idiots pulling like crap and wiping the group, finding camps, etc.

Seems to me, the more people in the group, the less xp I earn per kill. Its far easier for me to simply tell people who ask to group to fuck off and solo my way far faster than holding their hands. Chanters are pretty self reliant anyway, I always find it funny when monks get pissed I wont group with them like I need them to xp. Its the other way around pal.

No way i'm ever grouping again, there's no need to when the xp comes in for me far faster solo than with a group.

shit's classic. And not something so messed up you can't imagine it happening. Some of the people playing this game have IQ's well south of 100. Plus, they are drunk. Or stoned. Or involved in an argument on /reddit/Donnie_Wahlberg while they grind out some seb exp.

Solution? Same as it ever was: keep sending tells to group leader, "still need me? I am on way."

At least then you can only get halfway there before you realize you've been bumped. Never ever travel a long way for a PUG in eq w/o sending tells as you go.

I am doing some light raiding on the TLP on live….I don’t really know where to begin. Some of the guys are pretty cool…some of the guys…well they make our P99 red player base look like socially well-adjusted individuals. One of our tanks was talking about killing himself if he had to go to jail…like uncomfortable “IM GOING TO PUT A FKING GUN IN MY MOUTH AND BLOW MY HEAD OFF IF I GET SENTENCED JAIL TIME AND I HAVE COURT IN 2 DAYS”. Yikes. They talk about female gamers like they are actually having real relationships with people based on their gear and that its common practice for nudes to be sent around and marriages destroyed because of it……I just don’t know. Imagine an entire vent of people like Exalt but even less stable and with even more mental problems. It makes me feel better about my life …but it makes me really question how I am spending my free time and if there are not perhaps better uses
