Not quite sure, everyone I ask about binding in TOV/POM doesn't seem to know for sure either. Ele or Daldaen probably would know best! lol

You can bind in PoM, but as a melee it takes a locket.

Self bind only.

Stripped probably - since you were never supposed to be able to bind in Velious dungeons. TD was bindable for a few months on Live.
