Maybe instead of making RL threats, Deka and Vapo etc shoulda went to Sirken instead? Seems a BIT more reasonable.

Present the proof and i'll consider it in my verdict, as of right now all i can see is a biased party gaining favors upon befriending a staff member thus resulting in shady 'making a murder' type style kangaroo court. All items transferred off involved accounts to any and all chars should be locked up.

Promoting behavior where the first guy to come fourth gains unprecedented favors is not healthy for the server, both parties need to face the same punishment as both parties broke the same rule.
