There are lots of places to level, at any level. If you're level 45 maybe you should do Kedge or Permafrost or something. The server really isn't overpopulated, and it's annoying that people think it is, because when I take 20+ mobs to PL a guildie with, people assume that I'm taking them away from them (news flash: almost every "popular" zone has TONS of uncamped mobs at all levels that you don't know about. Just turn on track and see)
