After looking into it I found that VS remains spawned 15 hours after VS' death. I kept tabs on a +/- variance of an 8 hour window mark to see if this followed the 12 & 24 hour spawn in classic, but there was no other spawn.
It would seem that as of now, VS remains spawn within a 24-hour variance after VS' death (that's a pretty big window). With the variance on this server I can't say whether that really counts as classic or not. | ||

He's supposed to spawn within the first 24 hours of VS death, but just once. Next patch will make him more common.
