Ornate Velium Pendant : what will happend after nerf?

Well 1999 has never been able to follow the timeline exactly, what with being volunteer run and all. Look how long velious took to come out.
If someone could find patch notes for when it was nerfed and work out how long after velious that was I'm sure we can safely assume that's the minimum amount of time. Yea just get a healer partner and kill the councilors.

Faction can always be fixed by grouping in Kael.

Not really in the spirit of things from an rp perspective though. Murdering hundreds of people then being like “it's cool bro I killed some of those other guys you don't like" maybe if they were indifferent monsters but they are the same race as my main, seems like the murder equivilant of cannibalism. Speciecide?

This was posted on ZAM exactly 4 months + 2 weeks into classic Velious. So I guess the unlimited charge pendant technically should be removed in ~2 weeks on December 16th and replaced with the charged version. Rogean also mentioned in EC one night that they did not need a patch to nerf them.

If I understand that just means they are the first to notice and post on zam. So it could be before them, is there anywhere of seeing patch notes and Ctrl f ing the items name?
