My favorite fat is of course butter, but it's really not that great for frying considering it's low burn point. But it's great for eggs, which should be cooked at low temp anyway. Currently I have three different types of coconut oil. Coconut oil is also good because it's high content of Monounsaturated Fats. These fats are very good for you. Rapeseed oil, and most seed oils (sesame, walnut, etc) are extremely high in omega 6 fats, which is very inflammatory so it makes sense that RNF would prefer them | |||
