so the rogue offhand page's been broken for a hot minute. with velious out are there any droppable 1h's that are better than edge of the nightwalker? how about nodrops that aren't in vp/sleeper's?

how about pvp proc offhands.. is there anything i'd want to use over the skean proc, more than just situationally?
