So, an update. I managed to ding dubious today.
For anyone interested here's a summary of my time line: - Iksar Necro created. Killed no Sarnaks. Didn't check faction. - Spend 30 mins at lvl ~45 soloing maybe 20 mobs in Droga. - Spend ~2 hours at lvl 50 with a lvl 43 cleric killing something like ~100 mobs in Droga. - Solo ~40 mobs at lvl 56 in Droga. - Go to check faction for the first time and learn that I am threateningly inside Chardok. - Solo somewhere between 200-300 mobs in Droga: dubious. These are all guestimations based on patchy memory but the last part was done very recently so should be somewhat accurate. Edit: during all of this random people were claiming I needed anywhere from 2000 goblins killed to 3400 goblins killed. I'm guessing that upon creation an iksar is not max-kos to the sarnaks. Exactly how far into 'scowls', if at all, I was is unknown to me, but even in threateningly people were telling me I needed more than it turned out. Just trying to point out that there might be some preconceptions as to how much faction is needed. It is clear, however, that either the current wiki post on faction-in-general or on the amount of faction gained per droga kill is wrong. | ||

2000-3400 is probably to MAX Ally.
Getting to Dubious is far less tedious.

So on my iksar necro I have never killed a sarnak and logged all my faction work with Brood of Di`Zok and it took 447 faction hits to go from whatever iksar necro starts at to Dubious. It may have gone dubious sooner but its a pain to leave Droga and go to chardok to check it. I was Threateningly at 357 faction hits and gained dubious at some point between 357 to 447. I had mixed kills of mostly trash mobs and the occasional named mobs at chief/bg camp.
