But you don't approve of someone pre 60 binding in PoM due to the fact that it's overcrowded and all the loots dont go to you.

I don't know if they can legally get away with that or not. Or if it would ruffle feathers at Daybreak. But assuming it's not an issue in that regard I say go for it. Good way to get people donating and perhaps make it easier to launch new servers quicker *cough* Recycle Server *cough*
