I can't. Troll shamans are KoS to Ogre Shaman guild. Died there :'(

The merchant in EC is dubious, killed a ton of orcs in highpass (seem to be her faction)... still dubious.

As a DE Wizard, I recall killing Orcs in EC helped me to gain access to the merchants in that zone, and especially the Erudite lady. Not sure the Orcs in Highpass will give the right faction.
