These quests are a good way to earn enough money for banded at that level ( I think you need 90ish plat for a full set? ):

Regarding the banded armor, as a barb shaman, you only want medium (otherwise named) "banded armor" as mentioned above. I've done quite a few turn in for Totemic in order to make some Plat on my bard and can confirm that only medium works.
For lowbie FashionQuest buy some black iron armor!
