Did any of you actually read that rambling diatribe from the judge? The suspension was vacated because the NFL did not issue a warning that cheating would result in a suspension or that refusing to cooperate with the investigation could be punished. It later went on to say that PED suspensions were for four games, and since the judge viewed systematic cheating as less impactful than PEDs, that four games was too long.

Seriously, wtf. You don't need a warning to know cheating will get you suspended. And comparing cheating to PEDs is apples and oranges.

Judges ruling will be overturned on appeals. Expect to see Brady sit out in the late season, play-offs or next season.
