To clarify for anyone new and wondering, you don't need any of the quest pieces to MQ. I provide you everything to attain a set of "marching orders" in under 30 minutes (average timing). Marching orders meaning 7th ring.

Update:

Ring #7 (Adamantium Coldain Insignia Ring) or marching orders - 25k
MQ@Ring 6 and I complete 7 for you (under 30 minutes as long as NPC's are available). You just need to be around to loot and look pretty. Everything is provided and no quest items required from your end. Minimum faction required is dubious to coldain.
