That's not how threats work.

Being conditional on someone else's actions does not somehow make a threat a non-threat.

Ex: "If you touch my daughter, I'll fucking kill you." <-- this is a threat. Whether or not the recipient intends to touch the speaker's daughter is irrelevant: it's still a threat.

How about this "If you disclose my personal details, which I never provided to any members of this community who are known psychopaths with criminal records and this affects my family in any way, you will be a fucking fool to think I will just sit there and take it."
