best farming class?

Shm is the best farmer. Chanters can farm gems and what not but a good shm can solo everything changed can + a lot more

Enchanter. Get 250 cha and let the farming begin. Throw a shaman/cleric in the mix and its just cake to take most mobs outside of raid targets.

tier 1
enchanter - excels in efficiently clearing mobs and big camps, has pulling tools and excels at solo
shaman - excels at taking on difficult/high level mobs and with a melee/puller duo

tier 2
magician - tier 1 with epic pet. excels at farming with groups deep in dungeons (call of the hero) and smashing things half afk with the pet but lacks CC
cleric - amazing duo partner with a tier 1 class but shit on its own
necro - limited camps they can farm solo, but good partners for active camp groups that could benefit from mana dumps, very strong in the zones they excel in

tier 3
druid - can farm seafuries and basic nameds. has ports/evacs which are nice at some camps
wizard - druid but not as good
bard - limited to solo farming outdoor zones but can be a strong partner for tier 1 classes indoors. good for filling gaps ex: pulling and dumping mana/regen for a shaman
monk - strong partner for shamans and bards, but limited otherwise

Epic mage great for farming mobs under lvl 40, decent for mobs under 45, doable for mobs under 50, usually challenging or not really viable for mobs 50+.

If you're sticking to Droga, Guk or OOT, epic mage is certainly tier 1, for anything higher it's tier 2 at best.
