Server List Won't load

Hey guys,

This might seem pretty rookiesque, but I have downloaded the new patch files and replaced the old and I cannot seem to get any servers on my list. I just want my P99 blue, and I can't do it!
I use WinEQ2, but even loading from the regular 'Launch Titanium' application I have only been able to load the list once out of countless tries. I haven't logged on since just before Velious was launched and I would very much like to get on and play.
