What is the ETA on the servers coming up? Are the downtimes usually posted somewhere on the forum?

These are 3 screenshots I took. I right clicked the Everquest icon I use to play the game before this spell files update and did "Show Package Contents". From there, I found there are 2 "drive c" folders..and I highlighted one of them in one screenshot, and then boxed in red the other screenshot where the 2nd "drive c" is located. The 3rd screenshot is just a shot of all the contents.

Anyone know why I'm still getting the outdated spell files error at character select? I've copied the v39 spell files to both parts of the "drive C" as marked in the screenshots. This Everquest is a download from the forums that I had downloaded in 2014 from someone who posted an "all in one, ready to go" for Mac..so I can't tell where I'm supposed to update these spell files that are released periodically. Any help would be appreciated, as I've been trying to get back in game! Thank you!

Default Again with the Kunark Title Screen

What I'd like to see is...
  • Rogean: Changed out the Kunark Load Screen for Velious Load Screen.

Dat shit just ain't classic
It's actually a good thing- some people get complacent and forget to buff, now they'll have to pay attention - I use a looping stopwatch timer on my desk for buffs, same for mob respawns it just makes things go more smoothly.

This patch is going to quadruple the number of people using text triggers. Seems counter-productive to remove buff timers as its only hurting the casual players who wouldnt bother setting up text triggers.

Don't understand this line of thinking. Anything that can be classic will be classic, it's what this server is all about.
