I am always happy to share, but let's say that group comes in and tries to say it's their camp and they want all the mobs, are the rules that we have tk share? Or do I get it because I was their first? Or do they get it because they are a group and rightfully they should have it. I know most of the time it can be worked out but what about when it can't, that's why we have rules and I just would like to know where I stand so I don't get suspended or banned.

i always say if its ~8 mobs or so then it should be one camp, but i guess it really depends on the area. i know the giant fort in WW usually cant be claimed as one camp. hell, i couldn't even get the gnoll spires outside split paw... people seem to think that a camp is 2 mobs there, which is ridiculous to me. honestly i would just take them all and keep trying to get hold them all down for as long as u can

imo if you are keeping the whole camp clear its yours. However, technically its in an outdoor zone, so a "camp" is a single spawn you can sit on top and groups can force you to pick a spawn point. However, you can turn this back on them and force their entire group to pick a spawn point. Which then comes down to the play nice (PNP)...if you are getting exp and are keeping it clear and was there first, they should find another camp of un-contested mobs.

That only applies for roaming stuff. Static spawns are campable. KC, Crushbone, Mistmoore, CoM are outdoor zones too...
TL;DR: Giant Fort is a camp. 1 person or 1 group, w/e. If they keep it clear, it's theirs.
