Actually, I've encountered a lot of "people" who talk exactly this way off-camera and even one-on-one. It's a combination of attention whoring and agonizing insecurity, most often seen in emasculated black homosexuals. These specimens feel obligated to dominate the conversation by speaking very loudly, and so flamboyantly that everyone is obligated to choose between laughing, or crushing their skull under a boot. Really what you're watching is them squirm in utter terror because they have been trained to hate people like themselves since they were a babby.
