Alright, I got it to work.
I was extracting into the main EQTitanium folder and you need to extract all into the EQ RED99 Folder Silly mistake, it is working now. | ||

Same boat as you mez... I think I'm unzipping the files to the wrong place?! I have a p99 v36 folder, a titanium folder, zipped and unzipped of v36 and 37... So I think I have everything... Is there a specific file I should search for to determine which folder I need to unzip it to? Hehe

People who are confused where everything goes:
Wherever your eqclient.ini file is located is where the main body of V37 files go. In that same folder you will see folders named identically to the ones in the zip file. The patch files should look something like this: Screen Shot 2015-08-01 at 6.21.29 PM.jpg EVERYTHING NOT IN A FOLDER IN THE ZIP -> goes into same folder as eqclient.ini EVERYTHING IN SPELLEFFECTS FOLDER IN ZIP -> goes into folder called SpellEffects EVERYTHING IN RESOURCES IN ZIP -> goes into folder called Resources EVERYTHING IN UIFILES/DEFAULT IN ZIP -> Go into uifiles and find the default folder, that is where those files go.
